5 Reasons to Drink More Water

Everyone looks at me crazy when they see how many glasses of water I pound back in a day. Or that at a restaurant the only drink I order is water! I aim to drink 3-4 liters a day (12-16 cups) to keep my hydration levels in the high area. It helps me avoid cravings, eliminate headaches and stop unnecessary hunger. Your brain is 90% water, your body is 70%. The majority of blood and every cell flowing through your body is made of water.

You need it to function properly!

Whenever I get a headache I drink a full liter (32 oz or 4 cups) and then I have a headache no more!

The water intake needed for each person is different though.If your pee isn’t mostly clear its a strong indication you should be consuming more water.

A common amount of water is calculated by:

Your Body weight (in pounds) / 2 = [ The number of ounces per day you need]

If you want your recommended liters just divide ounces by 32
